Cesky Krumlov is very compact. Walking the cobbled streets is the primary form of transport, so bring comfortable sturdy shoes.
The center of Krumlov is the town square, where you’ll find the plague statue and town hall. On the other side of the river is the castle and Latran. Several bridges cross the river, and because of the way the water twists and turns it can be fun to get slightly lost as you wander the town. No worries.
Taxis
Taxis in Krumlov are far more ethical than their compatriots in Prague, but it’s still best to call for a taxi than to take one waiting on the street. Krumlov Taxi (link) is reputable and ubiquitous.
